BMW E9X M3 S65 Billet Aluminium Rocker Covers

The Permanent Solution to a Common S65 Weak Point.

The factory BMW S65 rocker covers are manufactured from magnesium, chosen for its lightweight properties. Unfortunately, as these engines age, the magnesium covers are well known for suffering from corrosion, coating failure and pitting around the gasket sealing surfaces. Over time, this can lead to persistent oil leaks that are often difficult to eliminate, even after replacing the gaskets.

After experiencing these issues ourselves, we set out to develop a permanent solution.

The Ventrax cast Aluminium Rocker Covers have been designed, manufactured and extensively tested on our own E92 M3 development cars. Engineered as a direct replacement for the factory covers, they retain the OEM appearance and fitment while eliminating the long-term corrosion issues associated with the original magnesium design.

They've been fitted to our own development vehicles and put through extensive road and track testing to ensure they perform exactly as intended in real-world conditions.

Premium Gasket Solution

Rather than supplying generic aftermarket gaskets, we've chosen to include the same gasket set that we supply with our Billet Vanos Covers.

Having fitted countless S65 gaskets over the years, we've found these to provide excellent sealing performance and long-term reliability, so it was the obvious choice for this kit.
